Legal Counselor, Associate, New Technologies & Telecommunications Practice
Aleksandra specialises in providing legal services to IT companies, in particular regarding copyright, civil law and public procurement law.
Aleksandra is experienced in drafting and negotiating IT-related contracts. She also has extensive experience in providing support to both contractors and contracting authorities in public procurement procedures and in the preparation and handling of disputes before the National Chamber of Appeal in the field of new technologies.
Aleksandra has gained her expertise working at the law firm Maruta Wachta Sp.j. and as an in-house lawyer in the legal department of a large manufacturing company.
She has completed a post-graduate programme in New Technologies Law at Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw. During her studies, Aleksandra worked in the Labour Law Section of the Students’ Law Counselling Service at Jagiellonian University.
