Karolina Jasiulewicz, LL.B.
Karolina specializes in corporate and commercial law. She provides advice and assistance to overseas commercial companies and partnerships during the entity establishment process in Poland, which includes legal form optimization, drafting and review of agreements in different language versions, registration procedure and carrying out the hiring process.
In addition, her expertise involves labour law, social security law and immigration law in connection with the employment process. Karolina has also been involved in numerous due diligence investigations.
Karolina has graduated from Queen Mary University of London – world’s 30th best law department and the best law department in London (The Guardian 2017). She has practiced in QMUL Legal Advice Centre, where in cooperation with the Clifford Chance Team she has been advising on the commercial and immigration law. Prior to joining KZP she has gained experience in Greenberg Traurig LLP.
