Michał specialises in providing advice on public procurement law and construction contracts, including FIDIC-based contracts. He also represents clients in proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeal.
Prior to joining KZP, he worked at several Polish law firms in Łódź and Warsaw where he gained experience in, among others, civil, family and criminal law, but his professional activity focused primarily on providing broadly understood advice on public procurement to both employers and contractors, developing and giving opinions on contractual terms and conditions, and providing advice on the implementation of construction projects. He also provided training in public procurement.
