Michał Wojtasik specializes in providing legal services to businesses in the construction, waste, energy and food industries. He advises not only sole traders and commercial companies but also cooperatives, foundations and public sector entities.
Thanks to the knowledge, skills and experience acquired both at the stage of bar training and his own activity, in the course of individual practice, Michał successfully conducted the processes of bond issuance, in-kind contributions of enterprises to commercial companies, company divisions or re-registrations. Moreover, he supervised and coordinated a number of investment processes in which he drafted agreements and contracts regulating the course of these projects. In the scope of services provided by Michał’s own law firm, he represents his clients in negotiations with business partners and in court proceedings (civil, criminal and administrative).
Michał has gained his experience, in among others, the commercial law department of SADKOWSKI I WSPÓLNICY, known for their European scope of operation. Michał provided legal advice to businesses, particularly on restructuring processes in commercial law companies, drafted and reviewed agreements, as well as provided ongoing legal advisory services in direct contact with the client.
