Tomasz specializes in providing corporate advice to commercial companies through daily comprehensive legal services. He also drafts and reviews commercial agreements, in particular SPAs, sale and lease agreements, and investment contracts. He has experience in drafting documentation related to private bond issuance and in civil and criminal proceedings pertaining to bondholders’ claims for matured outstanding bonds. He advises business entities on shaping internal corporate governance in capital groups and on the principles of responsibility of members of management/supervisory boards for actions or omissions related to the performance of their functions.
